Soundless Song of the FrostWinter's victory, an apocalypse of pallid sheets enfolding the earth with vain vision,

Chilling life into the frigid fortress, and only lending escapism through the cracks;

Snowflake muses fluttering through the cyclic steps of the sleepless siege,

Stir the air in dotted lines of coldly winning designs;

Black ice grows in the iris of frosted grass, expanding in solemn interest,

Grasping the world in an igloo of absolute zero thoughts,

The annexed freezing with glacial collapse;

Chilblains biting quietly in the silence of a beautiful still,

My art is a warring coldness that entwines its pale pattern amidst the fraying heat of day
